Aluminium

We offer a diverse range of CNC precision milling and turning; working with a range of materials including aluminium, brass, steels, stainless steels and plastics.

One of the main advantages we have over our competitors is our ability to machine large parts.

As well as working to conventional drawings we are able to accept a variety of different file formats (see ‘Quotations’ section on our Home page).

Our skilled staff can assist with design issues and material selection, ensuring the best results are achieved for the application of the machined part.

We also source welding, fabrication, and finishing services which enables us to offer a complete solution.

CNC Milling

One of our principle strengths is our capacity. Our Deckel Maho DMF 220 machines offer a maximum machining capacity of X: 2200mm, Y: 560mm, Z: 720mm. Coupled with our overhead cranes which are capable of lifting 1000kg, we offer a capacity in both size and weight that not many can match in the South of England. All of our other milling centres have a capacity up to 1000mm in the X axis.

CNC Turning

Our Mazak Super Quickturn 250/1000 machine is ideal for small to medium size batches, with the ability to turn up to 200mm diameter. It has a 12 station turret and is conversationally programmed with the Mazcontrol T Plus system.

Volume

We undertake prototype work and one off's as well as handling small and medium batch work.

Fabricating and Assembly

We can offer our customers a complete service including welding, fabrication and finishing.

Finishing services include painting, anodising, alochroming, zinc plating and other finishes as required.

We will fabricate and assemble jobs as specified, sourcing proprietary components and fittings where necessary.
