Shopmill

Both DMF220's and the DMC 104 Linear Vertical Machining Centres run Shopmill software for operator programming.

Manual Machining

As well as our CNC machines we have a range of manual stations for drilling, milling, turning, presswork and deburring.

Volume

We undertake prototype work and one off's as well as handling small and medium batch work up to 3000 off.

Fabricating & Assembly

We offer our customers a complete service including welding, and finishing. We will fabricate and assemble jobs as specified, sourcing proprietary components and fittings where necessary.

Renishaw Probe
The DMC 104 and DMF 220 Vertical Machining Centres are all equipped with Renishaw OMP40 ultra compact probes. The probes are used to improve machine output and process consistency. They can inspect parts on the machine quickly and offsets are automatically adjusted. The Renishaw Probe has repeatability to 1.0 µm in all axis.

1000kg Girder Crane
Girder crane capable of lifting 1000kg into the DMF 220 Linear Vertical Machining Centres enabling us to lift large jobs up to 2.2m long.
